YACA Member: Tyler Fullilove — A Rising Star in Aerospace

The Cincinnati Section of NCNW proudly celebrates Tyler Fullilove, an outstanding member of our Youth, Young Adult & Collegiate Affairs (YACA), for her extraordinary achievements in the field of aerospace engineering.

Tyler, an Engineering major at Cincinnati State, was selected as one of only 13 undergraduate students nationwide for the prestigious AIAA Rising Stars in Aerospace Program. Through this honor, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics sponsored her participation at SciTech 2026, the world’s largest aerospace research and development conference.

As a first‑generation community college student, Tyler’s journey reflects resilience, brilliance, and the power of breaking barriers. At SciTech, she engaged with astronauts, explored cutting‑edge innovations, attended high‑level technical presentations, and received mentorship through AIAA’s Career Accelerator Program. Her experience underscores a powerful truth: excellence is defined not by institution, but by passion, curiosity, and commitment.

Tyler’s accomplishments embody the mission of NCNW—uplifting young leaders, expanding opportunity, and championing the next generation of innovators. We are honored to celebrate her success and excited to witness the impact she will continue to make in aerospace and beyond.
